If you create and publish courses on the Service, you agree to:

5. Payments and Fees

Course purchases are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Course creators agree to our fee structure as outlined in the creator dashboard. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by Dixon Software LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Course creators retain ownership of their content but grant us a license to display, distribute, and process it through the Service.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content without permission
• Circumvent payment systems or security measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

8. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to review, monitor, edit, or remove any content at our discretion. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.
